Returns

To request a return, contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery. We will provide authorization, a prepaid return shipping label, the designated return address, and a return form to download and print.

Send the return within 14 calendar days after authorization. Original packaging is not required. We pay return and exchange shipping costs and do not charge a restocking fee.

Please use the return address supplied with your authorization rather than sending a parcel to the company address without instructions.
