Products and Included Contents
Before ordering, review the product’s dimensions, materials, construction, color, and included contents.
Accessories, decorations, and other props shown in lifestyle images are not included unless the product listing expressly identifies them as included.
We will contact you if an availability or listing issue affects your order. A material change, substitution, or additional charge requires your agreement.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and the final order total are shown at checkout before payment. Shipping throughout the United States is free.
We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Available payment options are displayed at checkout.
If a pricing error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the correction and offer an appropriate resolution. We will not collect an additional amount without your agreement.
Order Information
Provide an accurate email address, delivery address, and other information requested at checkout. We email an order confirmation after an order is placed and shipment information after dispatch.
If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment received for the unfulfilled items.
Delivery
We offer free shipping throughout the United States.
The order cutoff is 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET), Monday–Friday. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays enter processing on the next business day.
Processing takes 1–2 business days, transit takes 3–5 business days, and total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days from the day processing begins.
We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
If we cannot ship within the stated processing timeframe, we will provide a revised estimate and offer you the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. We remain responsible for investigating and resolving delivery concerns.

Cancellations and Changes
You may request cancellation before shipment. Address changes and order changes must be requested through customer service and can only be processed before shipment.
Accepted cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5 calendar days. Your bank or payment provider may need an additional 3–10 business days to show the refund.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Authorized returns must be sent back within 14 calendar days.
Original packaging is not required. We do not charge a restocking fee. DUFF NEXORA DYNAMICS LLC pays return and exchange shipping costs.
Contact us to receive authorization, a prepaid return shipping label, the designated return address, and a return form to download and print. Direct exchanges are available subject to replacement availability.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–10 business days to show the refund.
