Help With an Order

Include your order number and a description of your request. For a damaged or defective product, photographs can help us arrange a solution. Do not send full payment card details.

You may request cancellation before shipment. Address changes and order changes must be arranged through customer service and can only be processed before shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery to request a return or direct exchange. We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products.

We provide authorization, a prepaid return shipping label, the designated return address, and a return form to download and print. Send the product back within 14 calendar days after authorization.

Original packaging is not required. We pay return and exchange shipping costs and do not charge a restocking fee.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank or payment provider may need an additional 3–10 business days to show the refund.

Delivery Assistance

Shipping throughout the United States is free. Processing takes 1–2 business days, transit takes 3–5 business days, and total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days from the day processing begins.
